Discovery Consultation
Week 1
We sit down together to understand your lifestyle, family needs, budget, timeline, and design preferences. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
Concept & Floor Plan Design
Weeks 2 – 4
Our design team drafts your custom floor plan based on the consultation. You'll review, revise, and refine until every room feels right.
Material & Finish Selections
Weeks 4 – 6
Choose your countertops, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, paint colors, and exterior finishes. Our design team guides every decision with samples and mockups.
Permits & Engineering
Weeks 6 – 10
We handle all engineering, structural plans, and permit applications with the city. You don't have to worry about paperwork — that's on us.
Construction
Months 3 – 8
Your home goes vertical. We provide regular updates, scheduled walkthroughs at key milestones, and direct access to your project manager throughout the build.
Final Walkthrough & Keys
Month 9
